ANC supports dictators and abusive states around the world, thats their mojo.
 
What would be the repercussions if China decided to stop trading with us?

It's a real shame that politics are meddling (yet again...) in what is essentially religious ties.

He can fly but just not to SA.


For some reason its ok for us to host Robert Mugabe, Charles Tailor and other despots but the Dalai Lama must be one really powerful man to make China this scared.

This saddens me deeply. Clearly our govt holds very little esteem for everything that Bishop Tutu did for our country.

Get a grip! The Chinese are not going to stop trading with SA (getting essential minerals to fuel their manufacturing engine) over a visa. They will sulk for a week. Adam Habib (usually a pro ANC prick) said as much this morning on SAFM. An ANC creature on an ANC radio channel thinks it’s stupid therefore it must be mind numbingly dumb.
 
The ANC is becoming more and more like the old Apartheid Government.

Sad and scary that they saw it important enough to intervene in this. Would have been quite a lot of effort to follow this and block the visa process.

Getting a visa is purely a procedural thing... we don't have screening like the US.
 
so much for democracy and equality. The only thing the ANC now stands for is self-enrichment and self-advancement. Everyone else be damned.
 
Come on!!, he should have gone and committed a crime, that way he would get a Visa in no time.

Personaly I'd say its better for the Dalai Lama to "skip" olde Tutu's b-day party. Tutu is not the man he used to be!
 
The ANC made Chinese qualify for BEE above its own citizens, they have their collective noses so far up communist China's ass one cannot see where the one ends and the other one begins.

Yep... the ANC spent half a century to get rid of the Afrikaner baas, but that was actually just a prelude to replacing him with a Chinese baas.
 
So when will Chinese become an offical language ?

Anyone know what "ya Baas" in Mandarin is ? :D
