hahaha - welcome to Africa! We have such an efficient government.
Who does this affect? Noone except a senile old man with racist tendencies. Ag shame!
The ANC is becoming more and more like the old Apartheid Government.
Worse - the Nats were open about their policies.
Lots of people would lose jobs if the Chinese did make good of such a threat. We just aren't large enough an economy to defy the Chinese like say the yanks (who are currently threatening extra duties on countries that manipulate their currencies like China). What would be the repercussions if China decided to stop trading with us?
It's a real shame that politics are meddling (yet again...) in what is essentially religious ties.
Well I guess you can blame our strict labour laws for that. We can't compete because we are hesitant to employ.Lots of people would lose jobs if the Chinese did make good of such a threat. He dared speak out against a white man. What did Tutu do?
Ironically COSATU are in opposition of government on this. And they're the main reason we have such inflexible labour laws. Just yesterday there was an uproar of how some Chinese business owners in Newcastle treat their (mainly migrant) workers, accusations were of inadequate toilets, not toilet paper (the cardboard workers use had to be stored near their work area stinking it up), compound living, below minimum wage, etc)Well I guess you can blame our strict labour laws for that. Cliff is an idiot. On the plus side, the ANC government is learning about the realities of governing and international relations. They're becoming more like the American model of "no friends, only allies".This is so funny. A tweet by Gareth Cliff:

Our Govt have no moral currency left. Censoring an old man's birthday guest list... We're backsliding... #SuckingChineseCock
