Sigh, I'm sick again, and this time, i feel like utter crap. this is the 3rd time this year that I've fallen prey to an illness .
I mean, I had the flu, then got food poisoning, now i think I got the flu again
but this feels a lil worse then the flu and my neck is killing me

Ok, rant over, just can't explain for the resent decrease in my bodies immunity.

sad thing is, i never get sick, I'm always the guy that can eat the worst food, stay it the freezing cold with just a T-shirt and never get sick, but lately, it's been different. Maybe I got aids

Also sensitivity too light is another symptom

I'm guessing its a sinus problem.

Will just have to take some vitamins etc and wait to see what happens

Corenza C works, but it won't prevent a flu per se cause its nothing but asprin + vitamin C. But the cool thing is the doc said one can combine it with ACC and those throat lozenges.

Watch that ear thing *very* carefully. Its not something you want to fark with. Easy to end up in hospital with that...

^^HavocXphere - I saw a guy in hospital who was there because of a blockage somewhere in those 'tubes' between mouth and ears etc... His whole face was quite swollen :/ did not seem pleasant. Is that what you referring to?

Scotty, you party much? Alcohol + lack of sleep = low immune system.

I usually get a cold sore after a heavy weekend, sign that my immune systems taken a knock. I never get flu tho, use plenty of garlic, ginger and chillies when I cook.
