OK, I think they capped me now. Im getting download speeds of 2.6KB/s this sucks! Also I didnt get disconnected luckly as I was and am still downloading a 100MBN file and doubt it has resume.

Whats the average speed once you are capped?

EDIT: When I do a speedtest I get around 500kbps download and really slow upload?

2ND EDIT: Im downloading another file and getting full speed with that file? Iv downloaded like 3x my cap already? Is anyone else experianceing the same thing?

As for the speed when capped, expect to see between 40 - 64kb/s. If I'm not mistaken, it still depends on your signal strength, etc.

Your speed should be more than double that when you're uncapped.

Maybe you misunderstood. By 40-64kb/s I mean 64Kilobits ps. Perhaps you thought it was Kilobytes instead?

Ja, so it about 7-10Kb download speeds usually.

I'm not sure why you are getting so much out of your 1G account, it does happen sometimes, but very rarely.

Not really, considering iBurst is the ONLY broadband service that isn't hard-capped.

Like I said before, you should really check to see if the accounts department didn't screw something up by adding a few extra gigs to your account. You don't want to receive that R1000 bill in the mail now do you?
