Planning to move over to cell c.

I want to get the data bundle special when it comes out. Need to know which is better, contract or prepaid?

Would it be possible to put my cellc data sim in my phone and be able to make calls with it when needed?

Has anyone been able to make calls with a data contract or prepaid by adding airtime?

Any advice would be appreciated.

If you don't need handset, go prepaid or sign to straight-up month-to-month contract. With contract you get airtime and data. This answers your Q1 and Q2. By example Straight-up 100, you get 100 minutes and 100MB data. Be careful to not go OOB and buy bundle when allocated data is finishing. This (even) small bundle will protect you from OOB charges.

Can add airtime to data contract? Probably yes.

yes you will be able to use your data sim card to make calls provided that you have airtime if it is top.
