me again :)

ive got a 2gig data CONTRACT, which does me just fine, but ive suddenly this month got to download a 1.3 gig file from Adobe.

im searching for information on if there is a way to buy a gig bolt on just as PAY AS U GO, but im not finding any info (most likely looking in wrong place)

can someone point me in the right direction please thanks :)

Nope,you pretty stuffed there..
Contract you can only buy an add hoc when you have less than 20 megs left of your contract bundle....

Are you sure?

I always thought you could buy as many bolt-on's as you like, they just all add together.

Maybe something changed with the 30-day expiry thing. Will check.

The art (actually more like black magic) of dealing with 155 is to get the right agent on the line. There are truly knowledgeable people there that know this stuff much better than anyone else.

But then there are always the rookies whom you can teach a thing or two.

The 'art' bit comes in, in getting hold of the right person.

BTW, this is not just a 155 thing, but inherent in any call desk. I've learned to call (any call desk), ask the relevant question and if the agent clearly is clueless politely say thanks, put the phone down and call again. it's a bit like playing roulette, I guess.

Maybe try the e-mail route. Typically it bypasses first-line.
