Data bundles not available 2011/02/07 [SOLVED]

I am on the monthly 2GB option. This morning I checked, had 5GB left, gr8! Checked again now, back down to 1600MB. Does the one hand know what the other hand is doing?

Me too, Had the free 'top up' to 5GB, now just checked and Im back down to my original 4120MB. Seems that Ron's freebee spin was in fact a technical glitch in the system. Oh well, lose some win some..... :twisted:

The issue was with a reset counter for end of month, which was running and kept zeroing out the balances. We are in the process of the final fix and everyone will have 5GB when this is complete.

Moving to a complete new Billing and Customer Care system has its challenges, but over all the move went well with some bumps. We will keep working them and try to keep the user experience running great.

As to some users getting slow speeds, please PM me the area in which you are using the service and I will have the SMC check the coverage and if needed do a truck roll to check the site and the area.

My area was upgraded today, thank you very much awesome signal and speeds...:)





I must be the only one using the tower...:wtf:

For the next little while to be fair to you all I have bypassed the charging all together on the data side, so even if you show zero it will work. When the final change is in and everyone has been reset to 5GB and we have tested I will then bring the charging back on line.

Oe.. Does this mean download as much as you can with what you have available now and then it gets to 0 you keep on and later get 5Gb again..? Or am I misreading it altogether?

Thank you for the updates ronbo. What is going to be done about the people who lost airtime while the bundles were unavailable?
 
Well funny now when i type *101# it says from about 10am when it was reset to 5120mb that its now 3888mb which is impossible as i only use it really for work. So I don't actually know what is potting here.
