Data bundles not available 2011/02/07 [SOLVED]

Mine went to 2050mb available, and now it's back to 1089mb available.
Are the 2gig guys also being reset to 5gb, 2gb or what?
I'm totally confused here Ron?

So mine is now back to:
Send:*101#
Receive:balance = R 0.00 Expiry date:14/08/2020.Free Data = 4649.58 MB. But it is not deducting as I download :-D
 
Everyone will be reset to 5GB which is the top bundle, 1st of the new month it will revert to your normal plan, 2 or 5GB.

The same thing happened to me. It was reset to 5120mb and now it is reset to 4657mb. It was hardly in use today.

Why oh why did I leave my whoooosh-stick at home today.... :(

Oh and Ron, some of us know what a nightmare a customer/consumer facing systems upgrade can be.
I'm sure the guys are running around like headless chickens trying to get everything stable.
Great job to them and I look forward to hopefully NOT use any part of the customer care center. :)

Yup, same here. Mine was reset to 5GB earlier, too, but now it's on 2326MB - and I've only been playing WoW today? :wtf:

Actually my bundle was reset to 5120 and then to 4657GB—which was the balance before the 'great reset'. So I take my thanks back..

Perhaps this is another bug...

It is still good to see Ron providing feedback though.
 
Ok Ladies and Gentlemen I am back with some exciting news --- balance = R 0.00 Expiry date:16/08/2020.Free Data = 5077.24 MB --- was their another rest done today if so thank you :) ---- The bad news seems like the db did synch with the current stats on another sim card I have unfortunately my loss on other good news :) Won myself a free CELL C stick today :) Not going to rica this baby until end of the month :)

RON should be voted as best CTO of the year for actually responding and being a good PR and doing his best with the team he has to resolve issues :)

I retract my statement in saying "Thank you" come on CELL C please reset everyone cap for this month if the big boss at CELL C allows this :P

You guys don't read well, it's been explained that you'll get your 5GBs back when the upgrade is finished.

In the meantime, download your heart out and keep checking your data and stop when you see 5120MB.

Take this opportunity to rape the interwebz...;)

That's how I understood it, too!
 
Let me see if this is true what Ron says I am going to download like crazy have another sim card that has been sync in with the REAL STATS and wait to see if they do reset the cap.
