Considering the crap services and lost data for last months escapade its only fair that all data is reset and kept that way.

Working here again after a moerse 'Struggle' <--- just love that word...

Anyways, checked now and I've got 5118Mb on my 2Gb bundle..? Maybe double for everyone to make up for Jan? Also saw a post, can't remember who it was and too lazy, where someone had 10Gb..? Maybe also double there?

I'm just afraid to start using it, maybe it's a db error and gets reset later and then I'm struggling end of month..?

I have the 5Gb bundle, so no idea where the extra 5Gb comes from...
 
i've got 3 x 5gb data sims, and only one of them got topped up to 5120mb (from about 2gb). 3gb extra is still nice though(-:
 
mine still shows 0.00. maybe they are doing it on geo location basis. those that got it fixed where u from? as I can't see on my phone.

I was thinking the same thing, cause I don't want to have no internet come month end.

mine just started working in halfway house. one data bundle that was showing 0 is now showing 5gb and 1 that has almost been used up is also showing 5gbs - they will probably fix that later ...or not:D

Just helped a colleague with his 2GB bundle, his balance is now 5109MB... :eek:
 
Same problem, here balance=R0.00 Expiry date 14/11/2020 data=5120MB yeaterday it was +-4800MB and now has been resetted and my airtime is gone.
 
yeh, looks like all been reset to 5gbs, even the 2gb bundles, though not sure if permanent or if it will all just reset again later, who knows with cell c
