Any decent data monitor programs out there? Wanna check up on my isp :)

Try either

Netlimiter 2 Pro [not the beta] http://www.netlimiter.com

( the bandwidth logging module is disabled in the beta)

or

CFOSspeed http://www.cfos.de/speed/cfosspeed_e.htm

Don't worry about the fancy traffic shaping stuff they got (which is quite useful by itself), both got nice bandwidth logging abilities. Particularly of importance is their ability to log PER APPLICATION . So i can for example see Firefox used most of my bandwidth so far :).

CFOS actually got the ability to shape your traffic based on "budgets" you have set [i.e. not to use more than 1GB on a specific connection] . So you can kind of cap yourself or at least make red flashy things go off if you go past a pre-set amount of bandwidth.
