Shock today at finding out I get charged for data usage even though my data bundle has plenty data available. My current bill is at R70 usage even though I have over 18gb balance on my bundle. Still to get an explanation of what these files(Call Centre explanation) are that they charge for when one is connected to the network. I am waiting for feedback to my request to cancel my contract.
