Data rip off. CellC Data In bundle charges

Shock today at finding out I get charged for data usage even though my data bundle has plenty data available. My current bill is at R70 usage even though I have over 18gb balance on my bundle. Still to get an explanation of what these files(Call Centre explanation) are that they charge for when one is connected to the network. I am waiting for feedback to my request to cancel my contract.
Has anyone had the same experience??

The contract is new so only two invoices so far and on both data usage has been charged while I had a balance in my bundle. As a result in two months my bill is almost around R1000 even thought the contract is R199 per month.

It must be non-roaming data bundle. Did you disable data roaming on your device?
