Data usage report

I have used maximum of 1gb anytime data this month, and when i say maximum i mean it.

All my download software is set to download between 00:30 and 07:30, i have checked it and it works perfectly. HOWEVER, my bandwidth usage reports said that i have uploaded 1gb and downloaded 4gb.

please iburst, sort this out.

i had exactly the same problem last month, and ended having to buy VAS uncapped just to have an internet connection.

this is NOT acceptable.

I am the 10+ packagage, with VAS Uncapped.

I have just checked my iBurst account again, and it's now fixed. it is confusing as it jumps up and down, and one never knows how much data was used.

Even though it is now reflecting correctly i still think that iBurst HAVE to sort this out.

i think the confusion comes in here:

Anytime Data
Uploaded 1,030.93 MB
Downloaded 4,325.14 MB
Total Anytime Data Used 5,356.08 MB
Total Anytime Data Remaining 9,313.90 MB

and for some reason there is a give-away
Give-Away 4,430.00 MB

by the looks of things i have to do the following:
giveaway -Total Anytime Data Used = 0.9 gb (which gives me my actual anytime data used)

giveaway just confuses me what is it for?

I also seem to have a usage issue, and I would rather tell the truth about it than try to take advantage.

For some reason I have 50gb's of any time data this month instead of 25gb, it says 25gb rolled over from last month.

I would rather have it get restored to normal than get charged for actually using it.
