Data with twin sim

Hi

Wonder if anyone can help. I have a blackberry and iphone with a twin sim. I bought a data bundle for the main number, all went thru fine. I then turn the iphone(slave) phone on (Primary is off), but it will not allow me to use the data . I can make phone calls and sms's etc but not use the data at all. Says i do not have a data plan???. Any ideas how to fix this?

Isn't Twin different to Data SIM?

according to the walk in centre and the call centre it should work. All services should work as long as one phone is always off.

Yip...it does.

@ OP....it might be that the Iphone is trying to access the Iphone APN and you dont have it provisioned. PM me your number please and I will have a squiz. What you can also try is change the APN on your Iphone to "internet" without the quotes.

Get ockie to provision you correctly. Next time you upgrade iOS it will revert to the iPhone APN and you'll have forgotten what to do to fix it
