Morning, these shall get resolved today and as per previous correspondence, all clients shall receive an incident report regarding the situation with other technical info.
 
I am an end user who have 5 sites down for now the 4th day! I'm desperately trying to find out whats going on and eventually tracked this forum down. ZaDomains does not give me much confidence especially when I look at how poorly they keep clients updated especially the absolute minimum info on their FB and Twitter account.

@Waste, where did you get the appropriate replacement IP addresses from? This is the issue we're experiencing I believe, but unfortunately only realized this after 5pm on Friday.

As per above, I have already explained that the control panel issues will get resolved a little later.

Yes, thank you Jade. Most grateful for the assistance via Facebook yesterday, and we were able to get the balance of the interrupted services back up-and-running thereafter.

Putting stuff behind Cloudflare doesn't mitigate DDos attacks on your IP's

It will work if the IP discovery is done via a website, by trying to resolve the IP from the DNS and then bombarding the website and/or the IP it says it's behind. But if they target your upstream provider and IP ranges, Cloudflare won't help jack-****. Been there, done that, still got ddos'ed.
