I know I'm taking a long shot here, but maybe there is someone out there willing to part with old DDR400 modules?

I'm looking for either a 1GB or 512M module.

Anyone know where I can get some?

Check the classifieds on Prophecy.co.za

You'll be sure to get some there and shipping by registered mail taking 3 - 5 days is like R20. It is gonna be way cheaper than buying new modules.

I sold a 512Mb module last week for R110 incl shipping.

Your best bet may be Gumtree if all else fails. DDR tends to be really expensive to buy new nowadays...
