nah, that was a peace of cake.

I am stuck on level 4 at one of the boss monsters without enough bullets or health :(

PS - neighbours must be thinking I've got a very active sex life:o, because I've been screaming like a girl:p and swearing like a trooper:D
 
Only on chapter 3 atm, but this game is pure awesomeness. And i'm not sure what the gripes are wrt the controls? If you mean the character must move faster, that was done specifically to enforce the"survival-horror" theme, and so far i've found the speed of the character to be plentiful - just keep your distance, use stasis and shoot like hell! :D (in moderation of course) ;)
 
Awesome game. I like the Zero G element. Pretty cool... I think this game is gonna take me a while though. I tend to walk around with my weapon at the ready ALL the time and to check ALL the corners with my flashlight, and to take as much of a look into a room before entering it. I find myself clearing areas before I do what it is I am supposed to do in a particular room!

Am playing it on medium, on chapter 3 ATM. I find that I dont really die that much, but I am CONSTANTLY fearing for my life!!!

I was on Chapter 3 when I only started cottoning on to opening cupboards & smashing boxes to get extra goodies :( Felt like a chop.

I started walking in slowly into rooms, killing all around and then got laxy daisy, until a "cleared" area got uncleared again and I had to go change my underwear :eek:

If there is one thing that this game does well, its the fact that you never feel safe...

Especially when you never know if the survivors on the ship are hostile or not. In one scene a women was chopping a guy up and when she saw me... she slit her throat!

Yeah, I just passed that section last night! I was waiting for her to turn on me!!! Thats why I like to use kinesis on the dead bodies and fling them.. just to make sure they are properly dead!!! and to shoot anything lying on the ground to see if it gets up!!!

HOLY CR@P... Okay now im officially freaked out.

Oh now I can't wait to get my hands on this one - must feed - need death and terror...
 
Im playing it on 360 and was wondering, in the PC version can you download any of the Level 5 suits?
 
I ain't in the mood to be scared ****less. But still tempted to get this game. Please someone tell me it runs worst than far cry 2 then I won't get it :)

I think it's chapter 4 - Just after the asteroid part you get the talking oke and then you get locked in with the couple of monsters. How the hell do you kill them, coz I am stuck?
 
Is it that Buster monster? or the "normal" ones? Is it the room with the reddish glowing wall sections?
 
Ok, if it's Buster, you need to lure him away from a wall so you can get in behind him. Use stasis on him, run around and shoot his limbs from behind as he's got some kind of armor in the front. Keep doing this till his limbs are off and shoot off the head - should do the trick. Hopefully you haven't depleted your stasis guage. ;)

and the other buggers that keep sneaking up on a person. My status is not bad, but my health is low :(

If I understand you correctly you're in the room with the mini-boss that regenerates? If im right you what you need to do is... delay them for a while until your lady friend opens the door for you.
