When I search for things I just enable the "free shipping" filter , most of the time they will use China mail, but one or two sellers actually ship with DHL...

Also enabling the trusted sellers only helps a lot

When I did search Aliexpress I found that the reason why postage was free was because it was added to the cost of the item.

Ordered some stuff, make sure you pay for expedited shipping(DHL).

No customs(on 3k of stuff) and arrived within 1 week of shipping.

would also like to know, as I have parcels lying at JHB INT MAIL CENTRE (HUB) since 26June and have sent them emails with the required info - Oh how I wish SAPO would just die!

I found about DX last night and almost went on an online shopping spree, but before I do that, I've got a question about the expedited shipping. Is it shipped by DHL all of the time? Is there no delays as with the free shipping? And how long after order placement can I expect to receive my goods using expedited shipping?

Expedited uses DHL, still takes 2+ weeks depending on stock and my first 2 packages didn't have vat but last 2 did.

Make sure to request they ship all at once as if they ship in separate parts some items get the cheap shipping and never arrive.

DHL will mail you the VAT invoice (R150 fee plus vat)

I normally get a bad copy (as attached) in the mail and then have to contact them
