Dealing with a bully at work

So there's a guy at work I just can't get along with. He is a little more than twice my age and I think his mission in life is to upset me.
I get teased a lot by everyone at work and it doesn't bother me but he just goes too far. Maybe our personalities just don't work together but it feels like he always wants to fight with me or get me into trouble. Some incidents I can remember off the top of my head include him calling me a liar and telling me to go to church and tell the pastor I'm a liar and him saying I look like a 'k*elie' and asking if I eat lots of achar. :erm: He has also gotten snotty with me for silly things like me not being able to tell him the exact minute his salary will be paid in or when the time of the doctor's appointment I made for him didn't suit him. He once asked me to lie for him about something serious and that was the only time I spoke to my boss about him. Further I don't think I can really do much but he has had me in tears and often upsets me and makes things unpleasant for me
Maybe I'm just being a baby
But he tried getting me in trouble with the boss yesterday and crapped me out when he got reprimanded a while ago, saying I ran to the boss with stories when really I had nothing to do with what was going on.
Not sure what I should do. So far my approach is just saying 'Ok' when he speaks to me...

This is not on . I don't think you are being a baby. What is your relationship to him? Is he your boss as well, because it sounds as if you have to do stuff for him?
