It's beyond obvious that you are in serious need of efficient and effective PR and Customer Service communication support services.

Drop me a line if you'd like to hire me to help resolve your crisis which seems to be getting worse by the day.

I promise to quell the heathen masses and whip them docile while working up their appetites for your service for which they will be happy (when I'm finished with them) to prepay lengthly contracts and patiently await service.

I will supply my own protective body armour, helemet and earplugs.

Hi

Thanks for putting a smile on my face really. The current situation was to be expected I guess given the fact that people have been really looking foward to Neotel. We might not be saying much on the forum but rest assured the comments are taken very seriously by the management who take time to view them. So on that note keep it coming...... and then watch this space for announcements that will start to address your concerns.

By the way since you are in Cape Town maybe you should send your cv, Neotel is always looking for good people armour or no armour.

How are you going to hear with earplugs on?????
 
People are screaming for low cost bandwidth, i'm sure he'll hear just fine even with earplugs...

Yeah, his the real deal, I thought he passed away.
nice to see him alive and around, they need to address certain issues, and many people hardly know Neotel, has launched in JHB...
I've spread the word, and would like to get some commission from Neotel :)
