I'm struggling to find a reader that can handle PDF's in an adequate way - by which I mean, has some kind of text resize lock-in feature so that I'm not pinching in every new page. Kindle is pretty good apart from that. All the other readers just mess up the formatting somehow. Suggestions?

iBooks, Good Reader, PDF expert?

park@82 had a response..what happened to that? Anyway thanks for the suggestions bwana I'll take a look.

Looks like he changed his mind about the post.

On the other side of the spectrum I've been trying to find the equivalent of iBooks on android for my nexus 7 as I was desperately trying to find some use for the device I though a eReader might be it.

Its a moot point since the arrival of a Mini. iBooks is a great little app.

Yes I deleted the post about ezPDF as I can't vouch for the iOS version.
The Android version works pretty well for me tho.

I can't get with iBooks somehow but maybe I must give it more of a chance. On Android I liked Mantano more than anything else; and Kindle obviously.

Kindle doesnt support Mantano - does it do pdfs? Haven't tried Mantano though.

The thing I like about iBooks is that you can easily set up collections so I have one for my PDF manuals and then others for the various authors of my ebooks.

Syncing is also very useful when you're reading across multiple devices.
