I am only looking into the uncapped offers out there but it can be quite confusing and misleading.

Any suggestions on uncappeds ISp's as well as some stats and/ or comments on them?
:)

Stay away from Wazzup & Cybersmart. Support is very poor.

Mweb is totally overshaped and has a bad rep.

Waitwhat?

MWEB has been nothing but gold for me since I signed up, save for a few connectivity breaks that probably hasn't been longer than a week cumulatively since inception.

Check the threads, the MWEB rep is very active here - The people that complain are the ones who want to download the internet, and aren't happy with 200+- gb in a month that I can easily pull.

bets is get mweb account to test and openweb gold to test then you decide.

mweb and openweb gold is best uncapped .

Apart from regular downtime, support was poor and haphazard, and shaping hampered gaming and downloads. The rep may be 'active', but there isn't a lot he can do.

Hahaha, I should have added details shouldn't I? I'll be sure to ask for a trail run.

I want the rate to be around 512 or more on a budget of R700 pm at the most. BTW thanks for leading me away from the bad seeds. :D

I want to DL around MAX 70GB, and UL around (also max) 150GB.

But that is only going on max's, I think that I would be around 20GB DL a month.

Will give those a try and check out their websites too. Thanks for all the help guys! :D
Your primary decision should be whether you want an ISP that only uses Seacom or whether it has international bandwidth redundancy (via SAIX and Seacom). The Seacom only ISPs are normally cheaper but you get what you pay for: cheap and nasty.

Tried axess, afrihost, mweb.

Mweb is the only reasonable uncapped. Very happy with my connection. IS resellers will throttle you after 20~25gb which means you're on dial up.

I dl 40gb pm on average. That's as much as I need.

Sent from my HTC Desire using MyBroadband Android App
