Decision Making: Netflix or Hulu +

Regarding Netflix UK vs Netflix USA, do I need to sign up for both, pay twice, and sign in twice? Or do I simply use Unotelly Dynamo to switch?

What the best proxy and cost thereof per month?

Hi guys,

Do you have any idea when/if Netflix or Hulu will actually be launching in SA? I'm assuming we don't have a big enough market for it to be worth their while?

It would be interesting to see what happens in terms of competition to the likes of DSTV if services like Netflix and Hulu become 'easier' to access for internet users.

Won't do anything as most people with DSTV have it for sport. And our market was tiny. Well never get official Netflix here.

Jon Stewart and Stephen Colbert alone are worth the price of admission. :p

Larry King Now, Jay Leno, David Letterman, Jimmy Fallon, Jimy Kimmel etc. are also available on Hulu Plus. Personally I prefer H+ to Netflix.

Same here: but lately the buffering is a Witch( with capital B). i dont download series now, naruto and all my series are up to date and few hours after being aired

If you have the bandwidth to stream why not just download and don't pay anything at all? Shows get uploaded online 1 hour after they finish airing.

1. It's easier. No need to manage backups or wait for it to download. Just click and play.

2. We get to support the creators of our shows. Netflix already has made a few shows profitable, never mind the originally created shows.

Netflix for example pays $1million dollars for each Mad Men episode. That show is so expensive to make that it would probably have been cancelled already if it wasn't for Netflix.

3. The more we support the shows we like, the more of them we'll get.

4. Makes finding new shows much easier. Netflix recommends shows depending on your likes and dislikes.

5. Netflix remembers your place when watching multiple series. no need to keep a notepad doc of where you are.

Support these days does not have to be monetary. Things are changing -- executives now measure success based on Twitter mentions.

I hear you though.
