Decoder conflict

Good day All!!

I have a dstv explora a2 and a dsd decoder both connected to one smart lnb. Both decoders is standalone and primary as i disconnected my extraview long ago. The explora decoder is playing fine. The dsd decoder have signal but the picture comes and goes.The dsd decoder switches from picture to E48-32 whole time. Please help

You have to change frequencies/channels on the 2nd decoder. Google the installation guide for the LNB

Yes, this behaviours confirm that you need to change the channels/frequencies/setup on one of them.

Here is an "very" old guide for the Smart LNB, if this does not help, look for a newer version, but you will get the idea.

Good afternoon, Dear Nephew, I am first going to attempt to select the explora A2 as decoder 1 from the installation wizard and than select decoder 2 from the dsd decoder wizard. The explora a2 is connected to the unicable A port and the dsd is connected to Unicable B, Scan both and see if the problem resist. I will use the attached guide you provided and manually modify the the dsd frequencies and leave the frequencies for the explora A2 intact. Thank you so much for supplying this guide!!. Much appreciated and i will keep you posted. Regards!!

Good morning Nephew, thank you so much, your advise helped alot. The explora A2 i set as decoder 1 and the dsd decoder to 2, at the quick installation setup menu. The frequencies is different so there was no more conflict. Thank you
