Deezer licencing issue

I've been a Deezer Premium+ subscriber for almost a year now and lately I've notice a trend regarding licencing of music for South Africa. In my dance playlist I'm noticing more and more tracks are becoming "not available" in my country. Has anyone else noticed this trend?

Well ive seen this from the start, but did find that it is usually album specific, not artist/song specific. Most of the time if i search for the song, i could find a version that is available. Although i am using rdio now, both services have similar collection.

Does Rdio have the same problem with licences being revoked?
