Defective iPhone 5S :( Please help

Don't try to unscrew using ordinary screwdriver, it will damage heads. Special tool is required. And model 5 is using new screws, different than model 4.

Thank you to everyone. You were right, MTN is replacing my iPhone 5S!

I went to MTN this past Tuesday and told them about my problem. They took it in for evaluation and said that it will most likely be replaced. I got a call today from them saying that the replacement has been approved by Apple and that I can come pick up my new phone on Monday.

The only problem is that I had a 16gb gold and they told me that after the initial limited stock of 16gb gold, MTN no longer stocks this model, only the 32 and 64. They told me that they were able to source a 32 gb gold for me (which was apparently very difficult) and I'll just have to pay the difference, which is no problem. Otherwise I will have to get a non gold 16 gb which I don't want.

I'm very impressed with MTN's service!
