Asume op fixed timer after 3 years.
If not get to the back of timer and just bypass the timer.

Don’t **** around with the second and third buttons…they make no sense.

Reset it at switch if you have to and JUST set the time nothing else.

But your far right icon is weird, it seems almost like it’s a grill only?

Could be a simple case of the element dying. Has it ever worked before or is this new oven to you?
