Had LTE for about 6 months but just the last week or so the connection has really deteriorated.
Fine in the day and wee hours of the morning, but in the evening it degrades to almost unusable.
Im on the 100+100 capped package.
Yesterday for instance I could not even get netflix, red bull tv or showmax to run, they struggled to even login.
I have 5 bar signal, can see the tower and have external antenna for good measure.
Really poor.

Ask the Telkom techie WHAT ELSE is running on the backhaulcontacted me and set up an appointment for a technician to come out and see if there is a problem with the router ( doubt it).
I think there is congestion on the backhaul to the IPC in Durban.
So was just about to Sigh up, is it good deal and when you finish your 50gb are all other downloads expect torrents throttled.

At 6:40 after repowering modem cant do actual.speedtest and then next minute 56mbps! Crazy inconsistent product.
