*Alledged* clean up of hospitals before minister Manto's visits.
Etc.
Please prove these serious allegations. Otherwise, I stand by our president's decision, and that is to ignore these pitiful attempts.
Plenty of sources if one bothers to look - the Daily Dispatch being doing a great job.
"Yesterday, staff at Frere Hospital said that the Ante Natal Clinic, admissions and other sections were being painted, while the maternity labour wards and the nursery were being thoroughly cleaned.
“Things in here have been hectic all day, cleaners were told to make sure the place is spotless before the minister and her delegation arrives,” said a nurse.
During a Daily Dispatch visit to Cecilia Makiwane Hospital in Mdantsane yesterday morning, an assistant director, who was unaware of the Dispatch reporters’ presence, requested staff in the C1 ward to fetch glass jugs from store rooms and “fill them with water and place them, together with glasses next to patients’ beds”.
The big clean started earlier in the week when the complex’s acting director of clinical governance, Dr Gerald Boon, issued a memo requesting staff at both hospitals to be on their best behaviour and to ensure their uniforms and name badges were clean during Tshabalala-Msimang’s visit."
