Developing on a mac

Hey guys..

I do most of my dev in .net and php. But i really want a mac.
Is dev possiable on a mac. I actually want to go the virtual machine route for dev and i know macs do this quite well.

Any one got feedback on this.

PHP dev is very possible and alive on Mac and the MAMP stack is fairly easy to set up. For .NET development you could look into Mono (http://www.mono-project.com/Main_Page) or run Windows either in a Virtual Machine or as a native OS with Boot Camp (dual boot assistant)
