I wonder if anyone's given any thought to the small, but ever so significant, fact that we South African's are forced to pay more for telecommunications than our counterparts in developed nations but we don't earn as much as them - especially if one takes the exchange rate into consideration. Greedy profiteering seems to be the new African legacy, at least in South Africa.
