My Problem is while am busy Usinh the network, it just went from Green to red and then boom, Connected without internet, when i log in to My Rain it says am offline. Like i get to use the network pnly from 02H00 - 03H00 then the rest of the day, no Internet access.... is this normal or i should just cancel... R560 is alot of money to use 17mb perday Can you assist

Signal problems ... perhaps you should re-check the coverage map?
