hi all

maybe you can help me with this? its drving me nuts!

I have installed ALL the drivers for my PC, and still I have these two with yellow exclamation marks!

When I had windows 7 I didnt have this problem, but now that Im back to XP... its annoying!

Might be the HD audio for your graphics card.

Yup.

Should be the ATI HDMI Audio driver IF you have a ATI card

Driver is made by realtek. A bit of googling should help you find it

Download and install the Microsoft UAA HDA audio driver.

I do have an ATI card...

So I downloaded the HDMI driver, and that sorted out ONE of them!

Now still sitting with the unknown device...

I remember when I had Win7 running it connected to Windows update and installed some kind of ACPI driver...

its really starting to annoy me!

That's should be the nVidia nForce Chipset drivers then, hope that helps you out.
Edit: Saw the screenshot, so scratch Intel out and check for nVidia.
