Diablo 3 Timeout Issues on Afrihost Uncapped

It goes up/down. I've been sitting in the red/yellow for about 2 weeks now. At first at around 7-9 it would become totally unplayable with dropped packets and massive lag. Now its a tiny bit better, although it's constantly sitting in the yellow I'm no longer dropping packets, and it's at least playable.
