I create a ticket because I cannot renew the domains on their website... so they very kindly create an invoice manually. Thank you DiaMatrix, except you didn't include my one domain, and you actually expired the domain a few days premature. Now that business venture is Dead. Thank you DiaMatrix for screwing me in the arse once again.

They do have auto renewal and the ability to do it manually via the Reseller portal and warns you 90 days ahead then 30 then 7 then 3,2,1...

Looks like you waited till 1?

Hi schurtek

I have looked into the issue you mentioned, all your domains are currently active, however 1 domain is due to expire tomorrow.

Additionally as mentioned in my ticket response all your domains are set to auto-renew "disabled". Should you wish your domains to automatically renew this should be set to "enabled"

Please can you reply to the support ticket and we will gladly help resolve the issue.

I waited until I had the money... but last year I spent nearly R1K trying to get the .tel registered, and I am not prepared to fight with them again. Will just let the two domains lapse and will just re-register with someone else, if they are available, which I doubt.

Every experience with them is negative. I do not want to deal with them at all and am willing to start my project fresh with a whole new domain name if it means not having to deal with them.

I don't use the autorenew, because I prefer to manually renew. my own preferance.

Waited until you have the money makes me think the domain game might not be for you...

Always have a float in your reseller panel.

You don't know my circumstances... the domain game as you put it is not reserved for the wealthy elitists.... I have just as much right to do business online.
