As opposed to cocaine or heroin? Or what? I would agree wholeheartedly if you simply said DON'T DO DRUGS.

Im talking about my own experience, if uve ever tried Coke ud know its pretty pointless and expensive. Waste of time and money....
As i said above ive never tried heroin so cant comment there. But i have tried speed/tik so can comment there.

And no i wont ever say Dont do drugs, because I did, and i dont regret it. U learn alot about yourself and world under the influence.

Im past that stage now and getting on with my life as most ppl should do.
No harm in experimenting...

And it damages others lives around you ... parents, children, friends and every other relationship. I've probably had one of the worst years of my recent life due to drugs - without touching a single drug myself.

Luckily i never let it effect anybody close to me such as friends and family. I was able to stop myself before it go out of hand. Im usually quite good at keeping my habits under control.

I'm genuinely fascinated. What can you learn while "under the influence" ? Would it be impossible to learn the things you did without the influence?

I had about a 3 year stretch doing the usual fun stuff Cat, coke, E, & A never tried anything that u needed to burn or Inject.

Was fun and enlightening would never change anything that was done as it all helped to mould me into the masterpiece I am now

some of the times i have had with my g/f and friends whilst being wired have been invaluable. And have created some of the best memories of my life. I guess i did learn a lot about my friends and myself during these situations, whether they went well or went really really badly... I treasure these experiences (good and bad) and am so glad i have done the things i have.

I would def not say the drugs are for everyone, because i have seen some ppl who jsut dont handle it, kinda like those friends u have who cant handle the booze (over do it, aggression etc etc), But they were for me....

Obviously not every single person ... but with the very high relapse rate on many of the harder drugs, you're generally never over that that stage.

If the 'amazing' Narcotics Anonymous has a failure rate of over 90% with people who want to be clean - can you image the failure and death rate of those outside of that 'fantastic' program?

I had a girlfriend that was clean for 5 years and I never thought she'd relapse again! Her life had changed so much (for the better) in the 5 years - she wouldn't risk it all surely? She's smarter, wiser, earning money, built a home and things seemed to be going in the right direction. There was talk of engagemet and marriage. Then BAM! Fell back into old habits and lost almost everything she'd built up.
