DiData slates slow telecoms deregulation

Tar and feather the ministers and run them the hell out of Dodge for their slow progress

All I say to D-DATA is... when I worked for YOU (DI-DATA) I was just a number!!! So I take what you say with a "pinch of salt"!!!

At least DiData is raising the issue even though it is muted. Perhaps the steady growth of IS customers since Nov. 1 is bolstering its coffers for further capex. I just wish that a 10gig IS account will drop to same price as SAIX. Then more customers will join IS.

I used to work for them too. In fact, I used to love my career as a software developer until I spent 18 long months losing my soul piece by piece. I finally left them on the verge of losing my sanity as well and am now happily on my way to a Chemistry PhD.

I hate them almost as much as I hate Telkom.

Everybody is *****footing about the issue. Either we are suffering the effects of severe corruption or gross incompetence, make your pick...

There are no other reasons... only 2!

Seems the general sentiment is that it's a nightmare working for D-Data :o

The following is rediculously off topic but just gotta say it: :p

Why do some companies insist on being pricks.. like they're better than others :(

I deal with just about every IT Distributor in SA but one particular one will not allow customers with business savings accounts to open a purchasing account, only cheque...

WTF... What does it matter??

HTF uses cheques these days anyways, and why should I open a stupid cheque account with 0% interrest and even more rediculous bank charges just to make a dumb supplier happy?

/ranting

Mebe they have shares in the bank? Thus, wanting to reap the banking costs as well? Just a thought...
