I know its probably the throttling but how much worse is it with the regular uncapped? and how much do you get throttled on premium?

Not sure but the Telkom Uncapped for R599pm with ADSL, Line Rental and Free Calls gets me 180gb before throttling between 7pm and 9pm sets in. Plus any data used between 12pm and 7am doesn't count towards your usage.
