Does anybody know what the actual differences are? The only ones i could spot is the jamin has a better camera and its got mobile office. What i dont understand is why the kjam is more expensive?

JAMIN does not have the QWERTY keyboard. Other than that i cant see much difference. I have the KJAM and am very happy with it.

Yip,

Mobile Word, Excel, Powerpoint Viewer, SKYPE, Zip application, PDF viewer.

Welcome to the dark side ... there is no turning back now ... you wont be able to use any else if it isnt running Windows Mobile from here on out ..

K-Jams rock. I use mine for RSS feeds, web browsing, email and the occasional phone call.

COOL!!!! Anyone here have any luck getting a bluetooth gps connected to their kjam? And would you recommend a specific brand/model?

The K-Jam is a bit finicky ... Any BT GPS will work on your device ... I used to use the Adapt AD 750 ... Sirf Star III device .. very affordable with great performance ...
After pairing your GPS receiver you need to create a serial port and a outgoing COM port ... deselect the Secure connection option ... with this option checked the GPS receiver will not reconnect to your Device ...

Sorry another one.... what map software do you use with that gps...and what does it cost?

I have a 1GB in my K-JAM.

As for the GPS software - one of my work buddys has the software, dont know what it is or how much. Please PM me next week and I will ask him.

I use Handymap Ai gold ...
entry Level Handymap Ai Standard and a GPS reciever = R 2099.00
Handymap Ai Gold with reciever = R 2899.00
For the K-Jam 2 Gig Mini SD cards are available ... The Jammin uses normal SD cards which are up to 4 Gigs ... apparently 12 or 16 Gig cards are in production
I am not sure if the data bus on the devices will support it though ..

Kjams better!
The Jammin is like a Jam, and apart from features and stuff it just looks ugly.
