Now Completely DEAD AGAIN. I cant belive how bad one ISP can be ?!?!?!

Getting this error when trying to download from Rapidshare,
"An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host. This normally results if the peer application on the remote host is suddenly stopped, the host is rebooted, or the remote host used a 'hard close'."

PS, I can only attribute the fact that DC has been so good over the last couple of days to the fact that they finally managed to shape RS, MU, and NewsServers correctly and put them in the same bracket as other downloading services such as torrents, emule, etc. Thank god for Deep Packet Inspection et al

Haven't tried Remote Desktop outbound, but I'm going to assume it is great as well based on how well everything else is doing

I don't mind Rapidshare being shaped even though I'm on a 384 line, but correct me if I'm wrong, I thought shaping is supposed to limit the amount of bandwidth you can use, not block access to Rapidshare entirely.

earlier my torrents ran at max line speed 300kbs plus (4meg) i thort i was running on telscum for a minute now they are back to 20kbps that was fun
