Connected this morning again and still no luck. Completely dead for me still.

Looks like I'll be cancelling soon if I can't even use the connection...
 
I don't think Digichilli could be worse if they really tried. ;)

It's better than this, which is all I've been getting since I got the account details yesterday:

Speeds are poor today. Astraweb has been limited to 5-10K it seems.
 
Yup, everything is slow for me as well , Astraweb has taken a massive dip...
 
my torrents are currently running at a steady 38kbps but last nite i was killing it with like 300 it mustv been a bust hoping i get those speeds again tonite ;):D:love:

Good bye 384k, hello dial up! I'm not even getting dial up speeds actually.

How can you guys continue to pay for a network that doesn't even seem to be up half the time?

An isp that changes the deal half way through because it can't continue to offer what it originally did. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with any isp. ;)

If it was going at 5K for this whole time everyone would have cut and run a long time ago. Its been doing 25K pretty consistently, but once a week it goes slow for a day.

Hardly acceptable, but not as bad as your are experiencing today.

They should be updating us, the silence is deafening. :sick:
 
I'll take your word for it and keep the account till Monday.

After then if it's the same crap I'm cancelling and I hope they give me a refund. If they don't, they can speak to my credit card company, because I have not been getting what I paid for.
 
Torrents less than 5kB/s
HTTP downloads 1 - 2kB/s
Skype not working, sending messages (text) but does not go through.
Browsing pretty decent.

Other business protocols should be better too.
Busy on P2P. (Rapishare, Torrents etc.)

Is there any reason why port 22 doesn't work?

I use it to ssh into my servers and this is kind of useless if the port is blocked or shaped to none existence.
