DigiChilli January Status and feedback

everything is so unstable my side.....some pages I can't even get into...others take ages to load......http downloading goes from 0 to hero and back down to 0 sits there for a while and then off it goes again......:whistle:

If you have a look on the DC site the following is mentioned:

Network Status

Network Issue identified

Working on resolution
 
I really need my internet today, holidays are over and work needs to be done now...:(

why doesn't dave tell us here too? :confused:
 
From what I've gathered keeping track of this thread, it's only working decent for like 10% of DC customers and it's usually those 10% that keep saying "Be patient", "Hang in there", etc etc. When is the network going to work for all the customers, all the time? And how many people still have 'test' accounts that seem to work all the time while payed accounts give hassles?

They fixed it earlier also...they will fix it again....


P.S: I am a paid customer from day one. had a lot of problems like you all...but may be bcoz i know some of the technicalities....thats why i am patient.

This time I somehow doubt it's working well for even those 10% of people.... :P
 
had to use my Telkom adsl and it was giving me the same problems......not as bad but everything was slow...real slow.....
