Good and valid question. I just got through to the helpline after trying about 30 times, and they told me that they never received my proof of payment... So i sent it to them now again and they said i should be sorted in an hour.... Lets see...

I faxed my proof of payment through, right after the deposit of the cash at the bank.

These bustards are thieves then they tell you that you got uncapped and then when it comes to pay day. They want money. Also they got bad service. Now they tell me i must pay again for something i can hardly use. And getting a mail back telling me i have use this amount bandwidth. Come on !! it's uncapped not capped. Or are you advertising wrong. Now digichilli you can take your precious service and stick it up your ....
Anyway open your eyes and see how many people complains about this and on hellopeter.com and .co.za. I think im next going there and give my storie about all of this. Im out ..and i will recommend people not to use digichilli as their isp even if the prices are good. BUt the service sucks. None of them can reply any of the mails you send to them. accounts, support, phone them doesn't help. Im gatvol for being ignored since i got this account.

Astraweb. I used to get 40kB/s but not for the last 4 or 5 days.
