You can tell its an authentication error if you can not login to userstats.adsl.saix.net.

How do someone login there ?

thats just it, if you cant autenticate after going to that site, it asks username and password. it meens something is wrong with your log-on details.

Not necessarily, before I couldn't log in to that site but my DC was connecting fine.

you should see usage detail on that site, so if DC was working, you should have been able to see it

They are too busy fixing the problem, will probably update us when they have a break
