Ok, so out of curiosity, which email adress did you use and how exactly did you get your questions answered? Was it via PM or their support email adress or some special adress?

I ask this because i have not received ONE SINGLE response from the dozen+ emails i've sent to [email protected] since the 17th December. Not ONE.

I paid on the 18th Dec, it is now the 31st. They did not activate an account, nor even sent me any email, nor did i get my money back. I am still not getting any answers, they do not get back to me if i phone them...so i consider this THEFT at this stage.

torrent speed is hopping around like crazy - but now its mostly < 10KBps... Was some shaper turned on at 6am?
 
so wish I had the cash to stay on for Jan but well will most likely return in Feb when all is well

Local or international? Inbound or outbound traffic? Peers outside the DC network?

My international torrents are still quite slow. I don't have any local downloading at the moment so can't really tell.

The fact that my Steam is running flatout at the moment may also be slowing down my torrents ...
 
This morning when I checked my torrents : Downloading at 1-2kbps every 3seconds, Not getting anywhere...:confused:

Http downloads are not bad...I downloaded some youtube videos using downloadhelper (15 - 30kbps) :D

Im not even going to try online gaming...

:twisted:I cannot seem to find a decent local torrent site...Any suggestions?
