If i compare to previous days, as an all rounder, the connection seemes to be better

I signed up on the 6th Dec 09... Ai I don't know what the hell now... Tried to phone have sent multiple emails...

I still cant connect - here are the results of my router's diagnostics

Test the connection to your DSL service provider
Test ADSL Synchronization: 	PASS  	
Test ATM OAM F5 segment ping: 	FAIL  	
Test ATM OAM F5 end-to-end ping: 	FAIL  	

Test the connection to your Internet service provider
Test PPP server connection: 	FAIL  	
Test authentication with ISP: 	PASS  	
Test the assigned IP address: 	FAIL 	
Ping default gateway: 	FAIL 
Ping primary Domain Name Server: 	PASS
