Shhhhhhh. Don't tell too many people or it will become one of the worst in the country. ;)
 
My DC account does not want to connect since friday is there a genral problem ? Or is it just me i phone the call center to no avail(No aneser)?
 
So it's Monday morning and I guess the supposed live date for the virtual pipes have been moved out? My RS and torrents, although getting better speeds, are still not getting above 15kB/s total. When I download something from Xbox Live I maintain a steady 50kB/s throughput. If I browse the web I get about 10-11kB/s ...
 
i have done 260gigs for the month already and now it so slow????? speed stopped this morning, anyone else having this issue??
 
I have this issue as well... Not on the hot account. When if ever will we see another update from Dave?
 
Browsing very slow, 1 min to load a site, local or int.
Skype messages takes about 40 min before the other person gets them.
Torrents doesn't even get to 1kB/s.
 
it has to be a DC problem not a telkom, because i just swopped to my IS account and was downloading at 450kb/s, i switch back to my DC connection and i get 5-10kb/s now

Nope this is definitely not a telkom problem... Telkom account, axxess account and Afrihost all doing great.
 
i will give them some time, i hope they sort it out soon as it is gonna start hurting my business with the slow speeds

I agree, I have an internet cafe running and it is not profitable to use a per gig account on a 4meg line. Losing loads of business with DC and losing money with Afrihost.
 
I will stick with them (know the evil that you have) till somebody comes along with something better.
