Anyone having issues connecting to international news servers? I'm able to ping but not connect to binverse at all. Torrents are ok though.

Pretty much - the phases are making improvements to the product though :p I can now actually browse comfortably on most sites and downloads are mostly above 10kb/s. Although, one would have hoped it would have worked from the start.

i hope it works out well , its a great price for uncapped for the average person with 384 etc

A day will come when peeps will double check if they downloaded something

Makhulu, i agree with your statements, i too am a test account user and even though there have been issues over the last few days i am prepared to be patient as looking at the big picture it is important for ISP;s to get seacom going and i am happy with the info and feedback on this forum

Please keep up the good work and please DC guys get Live messenger sorted , thats frustrating me the most currently, looking forward to sub in Jan and seeing a stable network and service from DC soon

PS Browsing speeds this afternoon are great so far

prolly the ssl that hides the load... Thanks

A well.. another wasted day for me...

I'm not so sure. I've had different speed just like everyone else.

Generally i get 15-20K on a bad day, and 40K on a good.

I'm getting 15-20K again now.

I have resetted router.. still getting 2 kb. Fck pi$$es me off. I checked , http download in the last hour ... 37Meg...

Edit: I feel like i flushed R250 down the tubes with this DC account.

One of the better things that has been done by Digichilli has been the feedback and updates on what they have done and are doing.

Please keep them coming!

what i want to know is howcome some people seem to have a decent connection while others are barely useable. i read of alot of folks who also have 384 lines and are downloading GB's a day or over 10 gigs this month for example. I've managed about 1 gig..

Agreed.

Browsing responsiveness has improved a bit, specifically on the Europe side. Hanging quite a bit when browsing US sites though.

Still have slow audio/video streaming. Trying to listen to a radio station and only hear audio every once in a while (local works fine, but the selection isn't great ).

No luck with Steam, any ETA on this?

Thanks for the updates Dave.
