Digital Planet - WTF

Man, when will I learn to check the mybroadband forums before I do something dumb. I tried to buy a Wii and Wii-fit from DP...aaargh! I been lied to, fobbed off, subjected to bait-and-switch on the product and my order still hasn't been processed after 10 days. Do not use DP for anything except as an example of how a business should not be run. Join the foreign legion, translate Huigenoot to Latin, do anything you want...but don't buy from this store.

ok, I have used Digital Planet to buy a Laptop cooler - and I dealt with Aalwyn, who was extremely helpful. I paid - I got all my confirmations via email. The next morning at 08h00 my product was delivered and all in good working order. Maybe I was just lucky - but I never encountered problems with them. I also dont have a problem using them again.

They're ones I've collected over the years from different forums - they're currently hosted on my server so I can use when needed...gives a bit more "impact"... :D

Who is their MD, you got telephone number or email.

Iam telling your these guys are too sleg to sell toilet paper, let alone Digital Products.

I need to speak to someone in charge.

I don't think we have chatted on this forum before - so Hi:). I would really appreciate for you to either reply to this or send me an email to [email protected] to explain the bad experience that you had with Digital Planet.

I have been working very hard to make sure that everything is running smoothly and we have received many compliments over the last 6 months so I was under the impression things were on the right track.

The only way we can improve on things is to have customer feedback, it is very important to me.

Dude you're telling us nothing new, Digital Planet has bad service without exception, I honestly haven't spoken to a real person that hasn't had a bad experience with them.

I would like to wish everyone a Happy New Year!

I realize that alot of these complaints are quite old and I really hope that if you have given Digital Planet another chance that you have some positive feedback. I have implemented some really great processes and as explained in a previous post, we have received numerous compliments in the last 6 months.

If however you have tried us again and you are still having problems or concerns then I would really like you to send them through. With your feedback I can work on these problems and hopefully restore the broken relationships.

I've never had bad service from DP - and I've been using them for over 5 years...
