A small percentage of the Brazil population have invested in ISDB-T set top boxes because of the high cost, so it is a f'up of note there. Unless the ANC give those boxes away (at taxpayers expense) they have no chance. Obviously they want the ISDB-T boxes to only be available from local BE companies so the ANC get invest in them and have lots of fun.
