Dimension Data Face eviction from its Randview Data Center

Dimension Data will be in the Johannesburg High Court tomorrow facing an application for eviction from its state of the art Randview Data Center. This is over a rental dispute that has been ongoing for the last 3 years.
Should the applicant be successful the security of data for hundreds of Dimension Data clients could be at risk.
the case will be heard by the honorable Judge Write at 09:00 tomorrow.

Wonder how many companies are busy registering Hostgator hosting and transferring websites....
 
Ouch... if they lose this case it would be a serious dent in DD's ability to attract clients into the future.

I'd also love to know the story, but thinking as if I were a client in the future, the fact that DD lost DC space in a court case would be enough for me not to consider them as a viable hosting option.
 
Ah yeah Rand view, surprisingly never went there while I worked for IS, but a few times as a potential customer.
 
Judgement is in.
The matter proceeds as a trial action.
